Cancellation Notice Requirement To reschedule or cancel an appointment without incurring a fee, please provide at least 24 to 72 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled session. This allows us to adjust our schedule and offer the appointment to other clients in need.
Late Cancellations and No-Shows
- Late Cancellations: If a cancellation is made with less than 24-72 hours’ notice, a cancellation fee may apply. This fee can range from 50% to the full price of the booked session, depending on the timing of the cancellation.
- No-Shows: Failing to attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in the full charge for the session.
